Make sure you are still within the 180-day guarantee period after your order has shipped. If you do not remember when this was, check your email for the shipment date or your order slip.

Send an email to support with “Refund Request” in the subject line to expedite your request and ensure you are assisted by the right person.

Send all your bottles, both empty and unopened, to the return address that the support team will provide you. No return label is required and you will need to cover the postage. Also send the tracking ID of your return to the team to ensure prompt processing.

Include a note with your return that includes:Your full nameYour order number (check your email for this)The email address used for your order

Ensure you contact the team and receive confirmation from an agent before you return your order; otherwise, this may result in your return being untraceable and may delay your refund.

Once the center receives and registers your return order, you will be fully refunded. You will receive email confirmation of this when your refund is initiated. Typically, it takes 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
